What we expect from you

We don’t have any set qualification requirements for our writers, but ideally you will have an HR or recruitment background and be CIPD or MREC registered, or hold a similar qualification.  We will also consider applications from individuals who hold a relevant degree or post-graduate qualification.    

Most importantly, you will have first class English language skills and the flair and creativity to produce the perfect CV. You will have the ability to always meet our clients’ requirements and consistently produce high quality work of the standard required.

You will also be 100% reliable, conscientious and be able to work to realistic, pre-agreed deadlines.  Before offering you a position we will ask you to participate in an interview (conducted by telephone) and complete a written test to assess your strengths and how you may best complement the CV-Shop team.

We reward you for your hard work by paying you promptly every fortnight, rather than making you wait until the end of each month to receive remuneration. And we pay up to £45 per CV which is one of the most competitive rates in the market!

How does it work?

How much you earn from a given assignment depends on the type of CV that is required and the delivery time requested. We currently offer same day, next day, 3 day, 5 day or 7 day delivery options to our clients. Pay rates operate on a sliding scale: the highest rate is paid for same day delivery, with the lower end of the pay scale being the 7 day delivery options.
