How can I apply for a job as a writer?

We ask you to complete our online application form.   It’s quick and easy and should take no more than about 10 minutes to complete. Please attach your CV, UK degree certificate (and / or any other relevant qualifications) and samples of your previous writing work. Without the above, we will be unable to proceed with your application. Once we have received all of these documents we will contact you to arrange a telephone interview.

What qualifications do I need?
Our writers need to hold a relevant HR / recruitment qualification (MREC / CIPD qualified) and / or hold a relevant 2:1 UK degree or post-graduate qualification from a UK university. You must also have a good command of English with excellent writing and grammar skills. You will need to have in-depth experience of more than one industry sector and be willing to improve your knowledge and skills. You must also possess the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure!

What is the application procedure?

We will then ask you to complete a trial CV in order to assess the quality of your work. This will be sent to an external assessor for their comments and assessment. If you are successful, we will be able to finalise your application.
