How can I place my order to have my CV edited?
Ordering your edited CV couldn’t be easier. Simply complete our online order form, attach your current CV, pay for your CV edit via our secure PayPal payment provider, or by cash or bank transfer into our HSBC account, and we will send you your thoroughly edited CV by email at the agreed time. We’ll contact you if there’s anything else that we need.

How can I pay?
You can pay for your edited CV using a credit or debit card or by cash or bank transfer directly into our HSBC Bank Account. Card payments are processed via PayPal. PayPal accepts the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How quickly can I get my CV?
Choose between our 7-day delivery service through to 5, 3 and 1 day completion dates. And if you place your order before midday, we can even email your newly edited CV to you the very same day!

What information does the writer need?
Simply complete our online order form and attach your current CV. You will be asked a carefully formulated sequence of questions such as details of the type of job you are looking for, your achievements, career history, duties, responsibilities, education and qualifications. It couldn’t be easier to order your edited CV!

How can I see what changes have been made?
When you place your order and select the CV Editing service, you are given the opportunity to select use of the track changes tool. This means that when your CV Expert edits your CV in Word, all of the improvements and changes made will be highlighted for you to see.

Can I contact my CV expert?
Yes. You can contact your CV expert about your CV edit via our customer services department at any time. Simply send us an email us with your query and the specialist writer who has been assigned your CV will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

Can I have amendments?
Yes. Amendments to your edited CV are FREE for a period of 1 month following completion. If there is anything extra you would like to add or change, you can contact us any day of the week, every day of the year, from 8am-11pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday and Sunday and we will respond to your query within 10 – 20 minutes.
